Task Associate

Job summary
As a Task Associate at Ulta Beauty, you are responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and ready for purchase.You will contribute to an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training to drive sales performance.Your responsibilities will include completing operational tasks, following policies and procedures, and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain overall store cleanliness.• Complete tasks as assigned and ensure all tasks are executed as planned.• Manage task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.• Contribute to an inclusive environment and support teammates and guests served.• Participate in ongoing training and complete daily digital trainings.• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.• Process shipments using Ulta Beauty's technology and best practices.• Replenish, sign, and face assigned work area, and ensure testers are available.• Maintain outstanding store standards and cleanliness.• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.• Help eliminate and/or reduce potential theft of product.• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred.• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.• Proficient with basic technology and ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Ability to problem solve and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.• Ability to continuously move throughout the store, lift and/or move 10-40 lbs.
