Job Title: Talent Sourcer Job Summary: As a Talent Sourcer at FedWriters, you'll play a vital role in uncovering top-tier talent, shaping our team's future success, and advancing your own career within our dynamic, competitive market. Additionally, you'll spearhead social media sourcing efforts and craft compelling videos to effectively market our positions and attract top candidates on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities Include: Working closely with Talent Acquisition and taking part in Kickoff Intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of the requirements for each role Using various channels to search (active and passive) candidates via social networks (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Boolean search, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, Twitter, and niche recruiting sites) Developing a network of potential candidates, emailing candidates, employee referrals, and adding interviews to recruiters' calendars Logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases Strategizing creative ways to build short-term and long-term talent pipelines, enhance referral generation, and online events including virtual career fairs Taking an active role in on-camera presentations and creating basic videos to succinctly describe new positions, effectively marketing them on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to attract top talent Required Qualifications and Skills: At least three years of experience sourcing candidates for various positions and using direct sourcing channels High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing and automation tools, LinkedIn groups, and discussion forums Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously A high level of efficiency, time-management skills, and the ability to source for multiple open positions simultaneously Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be performed remotely How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
