You are curious, inclusive, and committed to our priorities.As a Talent & Learning Partner you will:Support the validation of talents identified by businesses, functional units, and other channels to determine fit for the key talent pipelines.Support key pipeline information and incorporate findings into strategic initiatives such as succession plans and talent discussions, to derive valuable recommendations.Coach and guide talents in finding appropriate development measures and provide support in identifying realistic career options within the various Siemens businesses, locally and globally.Design strategic talent experience programs such as talent summits, potential development programs, and activities related to succession planning.Help shape the learning ecosystem by creating connections across communities, other learning organizations, and resource groups.Co-create, curate, and ideate learning and growth solutions that result in business impact.Combine learning and growth expertise with an understanding of the business to build meaningful partnerships with managers and leaders.Create an understanding in the business of the value of development and growth.Use data analytics to evaluate business impact, prescribe career growth solutions, and prepare people for future skills and roles.You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:5+ years in Talent Management, P&O Business Partner, P&O Consulting, Learning, Leadership and Development, Organizational Development, or equivalent combination of education & experienceBA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus.Advanced level of fluency in the English language.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, high-potential talents, managers, and leaders. Experience working with highly confidential data.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience in engaging and consulting employees on topics related to career development, growth, and learning. Excellent collaboration skills working in a highly matrix environment.Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs including a track record of implementing continuous improvements.Project management skills.Ability to work with a data analyst and dashboards to derive conclusions.Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.You'll benefit from:Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
