Job Summary The Talent Enablement team is a global Center or Excellence within the HR function at NetApp. We provide experiences that drive talent, organization, and culture strategy to accelerate company performance and employee success.  The TE Intern would be part of a highly collaborative global team of professionals who are passionate about creating value for the business and for employees.
The individual will work on a highly collaborative project that will support the implementation of a new enterprise framework for talent reviews and drive the adoption of a new system, processes and tools by senior leaders and HR Business Partners. This individual will focus on creating tools, resources, and development of a SharePoint site.  This project is a critical initiative which directly supports one of NetApp's strategic priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent active listening   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.   Strong organizational and planning skills with project management tool knowledge preferred  Good research skills and ability to gather, synthesize and present relevant research-related data Basic understanding of talent/performance management systems and trents, HR metrics and analytics and adult learning theory is desired. 
Education Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2024 or later.
