Responsibilities
• Review applicants and identify those that meet role qualifications• Create a short list of candidates for Recruitment Relationship Manager• Phone screen candidates and assess fit against competencies and criteria• Develop compelling story to sell job and client company to candidates• Assist with interview scheduling process• Update candidate's details and status in client's ATS
Requirements
• Strong technology knowledge (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)• Experience in team environment emphasizing group contributions• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily objectives• Ability to write client-oriented communications• Previous experience in staffing industry or Corporate HR Recruitment preferred• Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline desirable• Bachelor's degree preferred
