ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at ClareMedica will own the talent acquisition process and strategy. This position requires expert organizational skills, a go-getter mentality, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume recruiting environment. This position requires a true "sourcer" who can quickly find qualified candidates to fill these important roles. The ability to "think outside the box" to find cost-effective ways to attract candidates is an absolute must. The incumbent will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from creative job marketing, sourcing, interviewing and job offers. The individual will be proactive in ensuring that ClareMedica is in a position to have a robust pipeline of talented individuals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in Talent Acquisition projects to drive improvement in selection, candidate experience, and onboarding.
Manage requisitions and candidates in Applicant Tracking & Onboarding System and make recommendations on system improvements.
Drive the entire recruitment and selection process while meeting established Talent Acquisition metrics: Based on intake sessions with hiring managers, determine most effective method of recruitment approach through creation of job advertisements, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates, complete initial phone interviews and coordinating onsite interviews, execute online talent profile assessments, and schedule candidate debriefs with interview teams.
Coordinate pre-employment testing (background checks/drug tests) and reference checks during offer stage.
Consult hiring managers through salary recommendations and offer negotiations. Facilitate New Hire Orientation.
Establish and build effective and successful relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization. Via intake sessions, partner with the business to understand business priorities, recruiting challenges and position requirements.
Educate hiring managers on hiring trends, metrics, interviewing techniques, and onboarding best practices.
Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent for CHP. Build candidate pools using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, job boards, database searches, industry events, competitive intelligence, networking, employee referrals, community outreach, developing relationships with key educational institutions, diversity, and military organizations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Experience with Paylocity preferred.
Ability to craft job descriptions required.
Ability to do market research regarding compensation trends.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Self-Motivated with a desire to excel in a fast-paced goal driven work environment.
Project and time management skills with demonstrated ability to reliably meet deadlines.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English.
Bilingual is a plus.
