Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lead and manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization. Implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices. Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes. Requirements Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
