?? Position Overview As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you're not just recruiting; you're a pivotal part of our mission to align the stars of our team. You will lead the recruitment strategy, ensuring that each hire reflects our core values and contributes to our community-centric mission. Your role is critical in helping us scale our impact by attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
?? Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment : Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals. Candidate Management : Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection. Relationship Building : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key talent pools and recruitment agencies. Collaborative Hiring : Work closely with department heads to clearly understand their staffing needs and craft tailored recruitment solutions. Systems & Reporting : Knowledge of ATS systems and configurations. Generate insightful analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve process efficiency. Candidate Experience : Design and refine the candidate journey to enhance their engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a positive reflection of our values . ? What You'll Need Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with a track record of successful placements in a variety of roles. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Advanced decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach. Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate management systems; hands-on experience with Dayforce is a plus! No degree? Yes, because we want you, not a piece of paper. ?? Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly rate of $25-30, with eligibility for overtime and performance-based annual merit increase. Additional compensation for bilingual skills and advanced HR-related certifications.
