The Systems Technician performs installation, modification, repair, testing, and servicing of systems and communications equiment, including, but not limited to hardware and peripherals; software configuration; voice, video and data conferencing devices. Incumbent will provide service to internal Insight teammates, providing the highest level of client satisfaction.Job Location- You will work from our Front Street office located in the Arena District in Columbus, OH. Hours- Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pmPay- $25.00 to $26.00 an hour, depending on experience.Full-Time W2 hourly positionWhat you will do:As a member of the EUC team, you should be able to perform the following base activities:Support teammates in person and remotelyProvide White Glove support to executives and equivalent teams.Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot end-user PC Software and Hardware issues (Windows and Mac OS X)Troubleshoot and provide support for all warehouse-related equipment, such as printers, scanners, automation, paging systems, and AV equipment.Troubleshoot Android and iOS devices.Track fixed assets and inventory.Educate and set up new teammate's hardware/software.Key Responsibilities:Strong communication and documentation skillsStrong experience with PC hardware and peripheralsStrong experience with Android and iOS mobile device supportStrong experience with Windows operating systems (Win10, Win11)Strong knowledge and experience with Mac OSAbility to research and provide solutions to complex technical issues.Strong experience supporting a variety of software (Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, AAD, Intune, and virtualized platforms)Experience Supporting Encryption SoftwareExperience utilizing standard ticket-handling applications.Strong Customer Services Skills and ExperienceUnderstanding of and ability to work in a large corporate environment and protocol required.Understanding of the computer imaging process and Auto-pilot processAbility to multitask with strong organization and time management skills. Able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints urgently and in a timely fashion.Ability to run multiple projects and attention to deadlines and updates.
