Full job description Turner Technical Services is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) that supports thousands of clients across the US. Due to our rapid growth over the past five years, we now operate out of three locations throughout Michigan, and have recently expanded with a new location in Redding, Pennsylvania. As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Technician to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: As a Systems Technician at Turner Technical Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our diverse client base. Your role will involve troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues and support their technological needs.
Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, operating systems, and applications. Provide timely and accurate customer support, ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct regular system audits and perform preventive maintenance. Document technical procedures and user guides. Collaborate with IT teams across different locations to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Systems Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
