Systems Support Analyst Location Hybrid remote in Tualatin, OR : CUI is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide exceptional technical support to our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks. Are You Looking to Put your systems experience to use by troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues. Assist with the development and maintenance of IT documentation. Use your customer service skills to respond to various technical needs of CUI. Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure and connectivity. Are You Ready to Be the go-to expert to provide technical support to end-users. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects. Set up user accounts and permissions. Use your problem-solving experience to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Job Requirements: What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience. A minimum of three years of experience in IT support or a related role. Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365. Proficiency with Windows operating systems. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certification are a plus.
