About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Operations Analyst to join our team. As a crucial member, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and optimization of our marketplace systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for improvement, collaborating closely with our Product and Product Operations teams, and spearheading the documentation of requirements for new features. In addition, you'll serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for our systems, providing invaluable support and troubleshooting assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Management:
- Draft, test, and troubleshoot eligibility tickets for our vertical.
- Spearhead the onboarding process for lenders within our vertical.
- Oversee integrations and ensure seamless functionality.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Salesforce features.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation pertaining to our vertical's systems, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Analytics:
- Perform in-depth analyses at the loan level.
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards to gauge system health metrics effectively.
- Collaboration:
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams at Credible.
- Engage directly with external vendors and partners to uphold our standards of excellence.
