SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Working under general supervision, this position is responsible for project leadership and ongoing information technology management for large-sized operational area. This position must lead project teams of IRT personnel and other department personnel in planning and executing projects in operational areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Either a Bachelor's degree plus two (2) additional years of related experience or six (6) years total of related experience.
Experience with Cerner PathNet AP
Experience with Cerner PathNet CP
Experience with Sunquest
Experience with Data Innovations Instrument Manager
Experience with Abbott RALS.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Previous technical experience in a healthcare IT setting is a plus, but technical and/or software application expert in one or more critical areas within Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is required.
