Job Title : Applications Systems Administrator Job Location : Phoenix, AZ - hybrid schedule two days in office CUB Thursday is a set day, and second day is flexible Contract Duration: 6 months contract to hire JOB BRIEF:
The Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for providing operational and business support for a variety of Content Management applications at CLIENT. Duties also include enterprise content management solution consultation and design for internal business stakeholders, while working in a team environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Technology responsibilities include: Application administration and monitoring, managing configurations, upgrading, patching, troubleshooting, testing, scripting, and access management for CLIENT's Enterprise Content Management applications.
• Develops and deploys various types of configuration and application components including data/object models, security, workflow/business process components, user interfaces, OpenText Web Reports and Live Reports.
• Defines and designs Enterprise Content Management solutions using CLIENT's OpenText platform.
• Maintains and restores service to applications by analyzing, identifying, and fixing network, application, and server problems.
• Develops and maintains operational and system documentation to support CLIENT's Enterprise Content Management applications and systems.
• Provides tier 2 and 3 technical and functional support.
• Participates in implementation and upgrade projects and informs staff on all system modifications.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing and supporting large Enterprise applications and related software.
• Experience with the following OpenText applications a plus: Enterprise Connect, ShinyDrive, Brava, Appworks, OpenText Content Server (OTCS), OpenText Archive Server, OpenText InfoArchive, OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), OpenText Records Management, OpenText xECM for SAP, SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server architecture, network protocol, network management tools, Active Directory, Windows Server IIS, Apache Tomcat.
• Experience using XML, HTML, Visual Studio, JAVA, SQL, PowerShell.
• Experience with SQL Server 2016 or higher
