Job SummaryUnder general supervision, this position supports the ITS Infrastructure & Platform Services group and their interface with other campus systems and services; provides server infrastructure and associated analysis, modification, maintenance, installation, and support; and interfaces with internal ITS staff and the user community on the use of these systems with a focus on server infrastructure and platforms. The position supports enterprise-level AWS; VMware virtualization; Windows, Apple, and Linux Server OS; MDM platforms and other related infrastructure and systems.
