We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our critical information, systems, and assets, developing solutions, implementing new software and hardware, providing training, and contributing to the development of our overall IT strategy.
Responsibilities
Networking: In-depth knowledge of networking principles and technologies.
Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
System Upgrades: Assist with recommending, scheduling, and implementing hardware and software upgrades.
Research & Development: Evaluate and recommend new software and hardware products.
Telecommunication Support: Background in supporting telephone systems.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Education: BS in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field.
Experience: Four years of relevant experience.
Certifications: System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols.
Familiarity with security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and Windows 10.
Experience with firewalls, networking switches, Office365, VMware 6.x, and Veeam backup software.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Passion for customer service and commitment to quality.
