WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR. This position is for local Twin Cities candidates. Summary: The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and operational health of vRad systems and infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Server and Workstation Support
Perform system administration of workstations, servers, and IT systems Evaluate, test, and deploy software updates, operating system, and security patches Assist with administration of Active Directory and Entra ID related services Assist with the management and administration of Microsoft Azure, M365, O365, Exchange Online and Intune as directed Assist with the triage of the ticket queue and event management Create and maintain documentation in SharePoint Online Support Workstation Team
Diagnose and resolve escalated problems from the corporate and clinical support teams Evaluate, define, and ensure proper support for office hardware and software Project Planning
Participate in planning and refining project tasks using Agile methodology Support new and existing security project initiatives Contribute to the defining and implementation of team project objectives Complete individual deliverables Product Procurement/Development
Lead in the endorsement, testing, and implementation of new hardware and software solutions Provide recommendations to improve/enhance the capabilities of current IT systems Establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users and vendors Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred or related/equivalent experience Minimum 2 years experience providing desktop support and 1 year server support in a corporate environment. Preferred 2 years experience in desktop and server support OR 2 years experience in workstation management. Microsoft certifications preferred Strong knowledge of a LAN/WAN in a Microsoft environment Experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Group Policy Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager administration Experience with scripting of administration tasks and software deployments Experience providing technical support to local and remote end users Experience with system monitoring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications/Education: [cont] Capacity to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and can multitask on a regular basis Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills Superior communication skills Job Classification: Medium – Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally
The salary for this position is $70,000.00. The range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
