Responsibilities: Manage Azure and M365 Ecosystem: Oversee and enhance the company's Azure cloud services, including Entra Identity Management, Datacenter hosting, Autopilot deployments, Update Manager, and Endpoint Manager, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. Provide technical support to end users and IT staff, managing all M365 services and applications. System Maintenance: Maintain On-Premise and Cloud Systems, including patching and updates for end-user devices and core infrastructure at corporate offices and communities. This encompasses desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Industry Awareness and Improvement: Stay updated on technological developments and trends relevant to the business, recommending and implementing infrastructure and process enhancements. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Oversee system monitoring to ensure optimal availability for employees and residents. End User Support: Serve as a service desk resource and troubleshoot issues and requests from all employees. Application Infrastructure: Collaborate with the applications team to support and maintain environments or systems vital to application functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in designing and administering secure networks, systems and application architectures Proven track record in maintaining cybersecurity protocols Extensive expertise in overseeing Azure ecosystem components such as Entra ID, Intune, cloud hosting, Update Manager, and Autopilot, among others Advanced troubleshooting capabilities in Windows PC/Server operating systems. Proficient administration skills in Identity Management systems, encompassing SSO, MFA, and SCIM provisioning Competence in administering Mobile Device Management systems Hands-on experience in managing hosted VoIP solutions Exceptional proficiency in oral and written communication in English Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service beyond expectations Positive attitude, organized, and dependability are critical
