Senior System Support Analyst for RAFT SRE teamResponsible for day-to-day support of a real-time transaction processing applicationProvide direct support to internal and external customers

Responsibilities
• Conduct transaction level research and provide feedback to customers• Monitor application capacities and implement necessary changes• Join incident bridge and solve issues in high-pressure situations• Interface with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT, and Product Development to resolve problems• Assist in documenting current and new system features• Represent team on cross-functional teams for production, support, and development activities• Participate in regular audit testing• Write queries and create reports for customers• Participate in disaster recovery/business continuity activities• Interact with internal departments globally to resolve issues• Interpret and present data to management• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for assigned systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline• Experience in systems analysis or systems support preferred• Knowledge of ITIL framework• Experience with DB2 and writing complex queries• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment• Excellent customer service skills• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work outside normal business hours• Highly flexible, detail-oriented, and thorough
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of Assembler programming language• Previous experience working in Service Now• Previous experience working in the Payments Industry
