0% Job Description GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems.
• Develops and executes scripts, utilities and associated test plans. Scripts may modify data that is not updateable via user interface.
• May conduct code-level software analyses to identify root cause of bugs and/or system modifications as needed.
• Interfaces with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT and Product Development to resolve problems.
• Analyzes problem, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Assists in documenting current policies and procedures.
• Represents team on cross-functional teams for production, support and development activities.
• Performs specialty production processing.
• Learns, understands, implements and utilizes SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and security regulations.
• Performs monthly and quarterly SOX testing.
• Interacts with internal departments to deliver solutions.
• Interprets and presents data and conclusions to management as needed.
• Improve methodologies used in the job.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: software quality control, systems analysis or system support preferred.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of the basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies
• Knowledge of a wide range of interface design, development and debugging tools, techniques and methodologies
• Knowledge of testing tools and quality control requirements
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries for data validation and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated knowledge of company products and services
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high stress team environment
• Ability to work independently and intuitive ability to prioritize assignments
• Must be dependable and able to meet and fulfill obligations
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with other resources

• Must be extremely detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Career level professional role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Works on moderately complex assignments that require broad software quality control, systems analysis, system support and software development skills. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers on complex projects or issues. Learns and understands the change management process. Develops audit utilities to verify data integrity. Coordinates and executes code installations. Works with business units to quality control applications. Administers application logins. Performs monthly user access audits by application. Creates and executes queries for one-time extraction of data. Sets up and tests interface files. Works with external and internal auditors on SOX, SSAE16 and internal audits. Identifies complex problems and develops, evaluates and implements solutions. Develops and designs effective system-generated reports. Prepares detailed analyses of processes and procedures. Performs operational analyses of procedures. Typically requires four or more years work experience in software quality control, systems analysis, system support, software development or related discipline.
