Full-Time hourly position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
This person serves as the first friendly point of contact for all incoming calls. The switchboard operator serves the customer by answering their questions or directing their call to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Essential Duties
knowledge of a multi-line switchboard manage all incoming calls manage all incoming emails directed to our main email address Greet and direct incoming guests that visit our administrative office Microsoft Office knowledge file completed drivers logs assisting the interline department All other duties as assigned
