The SwimRVA Swim Instructor job duties: Manage a wet classroom consistent with SwimRVA's unique teaching platform Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to children and adults Creatively incorporate diverse and fun activities into lessons Assess participants swimming skills for appropriate station placement and advancement Qualifications: A positive attitude and work ethic A love for teaching, water and aquatics programing A desire to grow professionally through aquatics Salary/ Benefits: Part-time position Starting salary at $14.00/hour Multiple locations-North Chesterfield, Church Hill, North Henrico Free employee facility membership to multiple locations 25% off program fees for your family Free SwimRVA Hammerheads (adult swimming) membership Employee Assistance Program Paid on the job training Advancement opportunities with a dynamic, committed, and growing organization SwimRVA Swim School instructor training through the American Swimming Coaches Association American Red Cross First aid/CPR/ AED and Oxygen certification
