Responsibilities
• Teach safe, fun, and effective swim lessons• Create a welcoming and supportive environment• Help students reach their full potential• Provide great lessons for all students• Continuously train and seek opportunities for growth• Create an inclusive and fun environment
Requirements
• Ability to work in a team environment• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time• Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week• Pass a background check• Ability to work evenings and weekends
