The Data Quality Senior Lead Analyst is accountable for the management and execution of continuous Data Quality standards, controls, metrics, and DataConcern RemediationManagement. This role oversees firm-wide controls, setting parameters and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, adoption, andcommunications ofData Quality and Data Quality risk. This role will work alongside data-producing teams to monitor and certify authoritative data sources and remediate data concerns.Responsibilities:Manage data related to classification and accountability, conducting root cause analysis, prioritizing issues, developing remediation plan, andimplementing effectivetactical and strategic solutionsManage senior relationships with Data stakeholders to develop, execute, and implement Data Quality management policies, procedures andcapabilities includingcontinuous improvement, monitoring, control, and governance of Data Quality Drive data quality resolution and lead data improvement initiatives, and/orLiaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutionsOversee metrics reporting process and/or completion of data consumption demand from strategic data repositoriesReport Data Quality issues through Citi's corresponding Data/Issue management processLead project management activities and create presentation materials to support senior management strategic visionAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personalbehaviour, conductand business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparencyQualifications:10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferredExperience defining and implementing data quality programsCommunicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levelsCollaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectivesStrong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levelsOptimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the "big picture" while paying close attention to detailOrganizational savvy: understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.Education:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other business related field of study, Master's degree preferredThis person will be responsible for providing support in data acquisition and data provisioning function which includes:Manage the delivery of Finance data provisioning projects in support of regulatory MRA and Consent Order requirements across consumption streams.
