Your Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental sustainability.Provide expert guidance and support on EHS-related matters, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.Develop and support training programs to educate employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. Your Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in EHS management or a related role.In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to environmental protection, occupational health, and safety (OSHA).Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and implement effective controls.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve EHS objectives. Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 management systems.Experience conducting environmental impact assessments and managing environmental permits.Experience with incident investigation techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).Experience with implementing behavior-based safety (BBS) programs.
