Survey CAD Drafter
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
* Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
* Perform work in an accurate and timely manner
* Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
* Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects
Key Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field
* Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
* Microstation experience preferred
* Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
* Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained
* General knowledge of MS Office
* Good communication skills
