Job Description: Surgical Technician Must-Haves: Graduate of a recognized program for Surgical Technology or Licensed Practical Nursing. Reside within a reasonable distance from the medical facility for on-call availability. Minimum one-year experience in a healthcare setting. Nice-To-Haves: Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist. Responsibilities: Execute assigned scrub duties while ensuring a clean and organized environment. Collaborate with the team to provide optimum patient care. Perform technical and manual tasks under the direction of the Circulating RN. Maintain effective communication with charge nurses. Actively participate in continuing education. Apply age-related factors appropriately to patients, adhering to policies and procedures.
