Surgical Techs work under the supervision of the surgeon. A Surgical Tech will facilitate a safe, effective and orderly operating room to maximize patient safety.

High School Diploma or GED + 2 or more years of on-the-job surgical tech experience in a hospital or outpatient operating room or Graduate of surgical technician certification program from an accredited school or training program
