SUPV RN INPT I Responsibilities: Provides ongoing education and training to new and established employees, patients, and various external clients. One year of education/instruction experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of the scope of practice of professional and paraprofessional healthcare. Written education, online education, in-person education, and various other media as deemed necessary Assists in coordinating the experiences for RN, medical and pharmacy students and educating the Agency s home health aides. Assists in developing, researching and maintaining standardized resources and patient education materials. Assists the Supervisor of Staff Development in designing and implementing orientation, competency and disease management programs. License: A current Registered Nurse License Skills: Teaching strategies, technical, organizational, management, office, interpersonal, problem solving, nursing, critical thinking, active listening and learning, monitoring and assessing, public speaking, system analysis and evaluation.
