Support Specialist

Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a motivated and passionate Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and technical support to our clients. This position is part-time and at an associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to clients via phone, email, and in-person- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions- Assist with account maintenance and updates- Educate clients on products and services offered- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer support role- Strong communication and presentation skills- Creative problem-solving abilities- Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
