Job Description:

Rivian is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Support Specialist at Rivian, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, answer customer inquiries, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers.6. Assist with the development of support materials and documentation.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.8. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes.

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer support role- Confident and resilient personality traits- Strong presentation and innovation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of environmental responsibility and sustainable practices is a plus
