Support Specialist

Job Description:

Delta Air Lines is seeking a motivated and hardworking Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the operations team, ensuring smooth running of daily activities in the airport.

Responsibilities:- Assist in managing day-to-day operations at the airport, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling- Provide support to customers and address any issues or concerns that may arise- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities- Utilize strategic planning skills to optimize operational efficiency- Innovate and implement new processes to improve customer experience- Use data analysis to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Highly motivated and hardworking individual- Strong strategic planning skills- Ability to think creatively and innovate- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
