Job Description:
PulteGroup is currently seeking a Support Representative to work remotely from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time entry-level position requires a hardworking and resilient individual who possesses strong persuasion and analysis skills. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Providing product information and troubleshooting advice- Documenting customer interactions and feedback- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures- Participating in training and professional development opportunities- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
