Job Description:Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Representative to work remotely from Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Conduct research to resolve complex customer inquiries- Make informed decisions on escalations and issue resolutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong research and decision-making skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
