Job Description:

Computer Sciences is seeking a motivated and resilient Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Contribute to improving processes and procedures within the support department- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace- Motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Excellent emotional intelligence and strong presentation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
