Progressive is seeking a Support Officer to work from home in San Diego, California. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level professional with a strong drive and resourcefulness. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat- Assist customers with product or service-related issues- Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
