Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is seeking a passionate and energetic Support Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our customers and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Assist customers with billing inquiries and account management- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement in processes- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Energetic and proactive attitude
