We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Support Officer to join our team at AES in Houston, Texas. As a Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to our clients and internal teams. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate support- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate as needed- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions- Contribute to the development of support processes and procedures- Assist in the creation of resources and documentation for clients- Other administrative duties as assigned
