Job Description:

As a Support Officer at Cisco Systems in Chicago, Illinois, your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective support to our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will assist in the planning and execution of various projects to support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and online platforms- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems- Assist in the planning and execution of projects to support company goals- Document customer interactions and technical solutions for future reference- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers- Provide regular updates to customers and team members on the status of ongoing projects

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical role- Confident and motivated attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction- Strong planning and project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
