Job Description:
NextEra Energy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Manager to join our remote work team in San Francisco, California. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to a team of remote workers, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to be successful in their roles.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote workers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed- Establish and communicate clear goals and expectations for the team- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness- Collaborate with other managers and team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field- 6+ years of experience in a leadership or management role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
