Job Description:

Marriott International is seeking a remote Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff to provide excellent service to our customers. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of support staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service remotely- Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to support staff- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer support services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:- Passionate and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service- 7+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
