Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time, remote work opportunity at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and efficiency.3. Oversee customer communications and ensure timely response to inquiries and issues.4. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize support services and processes.6. Analyze support data and trends to identify areas for improvement.7. Represent the support team in meetings with management and stakeholders.8. Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:1. 7+ years of experience in a customer support or related role.2. Strong leadership and people management skills.3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.5. Resourceful problem-solving skills.6. Experience working in a remote work environment preferred.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
