Job Description:

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a passionate and hardworking Support Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity in Houston, Texas. As an Associate level Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of support staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This part-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of remote support staff members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner- Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of the support team- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed- Analyze and report on support team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for achieving KPIs- Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that supports personal and professional development for all team members

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 5 years of experience in a support management role- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve complex customer issues- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a distributed team- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers and team members- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
