We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Booking.com. This is a remote work position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US, and we are seeking a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of support staff to ensure exceptional customer service and problem-solving- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall support experience for our customers- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions- Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions- Provide training and mentoring to support staff to enhance their skills and performance- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner- Contribute to the development and implementation of support policies and procedures

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Experience in a support management role for at least 7 years- Strong project management skills to effectively lead a team and prioritize tasks- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams- Reliable and confident personality traits to inspire and motivate your team- Ability to work independently and remotely, while still fostering a strong team environment
