**Responsibilities:**

1. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer support inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.2. Manage a team of remote support specialists, including overseeing their daily tasks, performance, and development.3. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.4. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on support initiatives and priorities.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.8. Conduct regular training sessions for support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.9. Create and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.10. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new support team members as needed.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.3. Proven experience in managing remote teams.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in customer support software and tools.7.
