Job Description:Delek US Holdings is seeking a part-time Support Manager based in New York City, New York. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team, ensuring the timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead the support team, providing guidance and support as needed2. Monitor and analyze support ticket trends, identifying areas for improvement3. Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and efficiency4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner6. Provide regular reports and updates on support team performance to senior management

Requirements:1. Proven experience in a support management role, with a minimum of 6 years of experience2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and empower team members3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Driven and dedicated with a strong customer focus5. Proven negotiation and decision-making skills6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
