Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning within the organization.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the support department.3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support services.5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.6. Analyze data and metrics to track team performance and identify trends, making recommendations for improvement.7. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new support team members.8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless support services.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a support or customer service role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support.6. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.7. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.8. Experience with CRM systems and other support tools is a plus.
