Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Support Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Support Manager at HRG Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead the support team to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to support team members.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.5. Analyze support metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.6. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.7. Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials for team members.8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.2. Proven experience in a support management role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.7. Motivated and dedicated team player.
