Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Assist customers with product inquiries and order processing- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently- Technical proficiency with computer systems and software applications- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
