Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Support Associate to join our team at Applied Materials in San Francisco, California. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to support the operations of the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company2. Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments3. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members5. Maintain and update company databases and records6. Assist with preparing reports and documents for meetings and presentations7. Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry8. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately9. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. 2+ years of experience in a similar role3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team8. Reliable transportation to commute to and from the office in San Francisco9. Energetic and positive attitude towards work
